Lotus: We must give Trulli a better car By Jonathan Noble and Matt Beer Tuesday, November 16th 2010, 12:14 GMT Lotus boss Tony Fernandes has acknowledged that his squad needs to provide Jarno Trulli with a better car in 2011, having confirmed that the team was now very likely to retain both Trulli and Heikki Kovalainen. Trulli has borne the brunt of Lotus's reliability issues this season, suffering technical issues in nine races, which meant that while he had a slightly better qualifying record than Kovalainen, it was his team-mate who won the unofficial 'new teams' class' in most races.
