Jean Todt doubts Africa opportunity

FIA president Jean Todt has poured cold water on suggestions that Africa will be able to host to a Grand Prix before 2015.

F1 supremo Bernie Ecclestone said earlier in the year that he thought South Africa had the finances and facilities to stage a race, but Todt disagrees.
