'29 roadster salvage rebuild WIP

...got a previously built '29 roadster in a bunch of stuff. Kinda liked the patina of the old not-too-glossy paint, and decided to do a quick rebuild, saving as much of the patina as possible. Harder that you'd think, as there were nasty globular glue and poor-fit issues.

Got her taken apart, corrected some of the fit, stripped and repainted the interior and radiator, swapped wheels / tires, a cut-down '32 windshield frame, raked, and put in a quick-change. Removed the hood-sides, and am building a flathead V8 to go in her.....

Also working on a chopped convert top to match the windshield, and frame mods to carry the V8 and the dropped front and rear suspension,,,,

....I gotta say, this was some of the most fun I've had with a model in a long time. I typically get bogged down in details that drag on forever, but I'm really trying to get this one "good enough" so as to have something on the shelf, "finished".
