1963 Impala

Not quite sure where this one is heading, hot rod or low rider.  But will put it here for now since it has "hot rod" wheels. 

I'm picturing a pearl white interior.

Would you foil before or after clear?  My guess is after to give the foil a smoother surface to stick to?
