Painting Issue

Have a 1960 Corvette.  Body = primed with gray duplicolor, used modelmaster tropical turquoise, wet sanded, cleaned ,used duplicolor clear coat and noticed darker spots on body. I only let paint dryout for 24 hours.

Is that the problem? It is almost like I sanded through the top final coat and first coats are darker?

I did decant the paint but sprayed the body within a hour or so with the same paint in my sprayer.
